Project Management not boring
Dealing with students from different backgrounds, knowledge and skills may be difficult, and project management for others sounds boring. Not at MI, we have a different approach where the students work on their own projects and learn more than just what is written in the PMBOK, using Wrike as PM tool and new concepts we aim to deliver what is the most updated in the PM world.
Last week our students learned about Business Process Mapping, Design Thinking, Kaizen, 6sigma and ISO 9001 for quality. We all know continuous improvement is essential for any industry and business, but it also can be applied for small projects and even for our personal life.
